Do I get my deposit back?

- Yes, after your unit is cleaned out, swept and no damage is made your deposit will be mailed out to you!

What do I need to rent a unit?

- All we need to rent you a unit is the deposit, first months rent and a signed contract.

When is rent due?

-Unit rent is due the 1st of every month.  A $15 late fee will be added if rent is not paid by the 5th of the month.

Can I pay with a credit card?

-Yes! We accept credit card, cash or check. 

​

Do you provide boat storage?

-Yes! We can store boats, trailers, RV's and vehicles!
